As the Academic Year 2024-2025 starts tomorrow, we encourage the players, coaches, and especially the teams & schools that they represent to slowly start training the students/players for their upcoming tournaments and meets. Do not repeat the same mistakes that you made from the previous years of training only one month before the tournament/meet.☺️ If you are seriously aiming to win at the tournaments and meets that you will participate in, the students should train at least 3x a week to further enhance their skills and fitness. You should also try to build or implement a Badminton Club at your schools if possible.
