The Philippine Classical Ballet Syllabus Inc. warmly invites you to join the FREE Performing Arts Medicine Seminar on June 6, 2026 via Zoom Webinar, in partnership with Performing Arts Medicine Advocates National Association of the Philippines.

This seminar is designed to help ballet teachers create a safer, healthier, and more supportive learning environment for students. As educators, we shape not only technique, but also the physical and emotional well-being of every dancer we train.

The webinar covers a wide spectrum of topics that will equip teachers with practical and relevant knowledge, including:

A classical ballet plié barre exercise emphasizing proper turnout, posture, and alignment. The dancers perform demi and grand pliés with controlled movement, smooth coordination of the arms, and correct épaulement and head placement, enhancing artistry and elegance. This foundational exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility, musicality, and refined classical port de bras essential in ballet training.
