๐Ÿ“ฃ SPORTS CLUB ORGANIZATION | SUCCESSFUL MEETING

Another productive meeting was successfully conducted on August 13,2026 1pm.

During the meeting, we discussed the upcoming activities and events for Buwan ng Wika, including bringing of foods and other preparations. We also talked about the upcoming Oath-Taking Ceremony for all newly elected officers, from the Section Officers to the Organization Officers.

We also discussed the proposed new polo uniform design for the Sports Club Organization, as well as the penalties for absences during meetings and events.

A big thank you to all officers who participated and shared their ideas and suggestions. Letโ€™s continue working together with unity, responsibility, and commitment as we prepare for our upcoming activities! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ†

A successful voting activity for the election of our new set of Sports Club Organization Officers was conducted on August 7, 2026.

We sincerely thank all the students who participated and exercised their right to vote. Your participation, support, and trust are important in building a stronger and more united Sports Club Organization. ๐Ÿ™Œ

with heavy hearts โ€” the SPORTS CLUB family extends its deepest sympathy and heartfelt condolences to the family and loved ones of our co-officer, our Es**rt, Mr. Lorenz N. Notado who passed away on May 18, 2026.

He was not only a dedicated officer but also a kind, respectful, and cheerful person who brought positivity and encouragement to everyone around him. His presence, support, and friendship made a great impact on our organization and on the people who had the chance to know him.

Renz will always be remembered for his good heart, willingness to help others, and the joy he shared with the club. His memories will continue to inspire us, and he will truly be missed by his fellow officers, friends, and the entire sports club family.
