1. Each team will compose a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 10 players.
2. An ๐๐ก๐ง๐ฅ๐ฌ ๐๐๐ of โฑ๐ญ,๐ด๐ฌ๐ฌ.๐ฌ๐ฌ per team will be collected thru Gcash, whereas:
โข โฑ1,500.00 for the tournament fee
โข โฑ300.00 for the red card fee (refundable if non- red cards after the tournament)

3. The number of brackets will be determined by the number of teams.
4. The overall organizer will be drawing lots to determine placement of the brackets via Facebook live on February 29, 2024 (The time is to be announced)
5. The player who is a resident of Barangay Rawis and ages 16- 30 years old must duly accomplish the ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ฝ๐๐ป๐ฎ๐ป ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ป ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ณ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฆ๐๐ฟ๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ค๐๐ฒ๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ป๐ฎ๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ.
