Mahina ang pulso? No problem, kaya ‘yan i-train.
Gamit ang 4 lbs medicine ball, tutulungan natin ang youth players na palakasin ang pulso, improve ang control, at mas maging stable ang shooting motion. Hindi puro tira lang, kailangan may tamang foundation muna para mas gumanda ang shooting.
