Sir Beltran started his fitness journey with us way back 2017. Just a typical day, he inquired about our personal training course, and he's been consistent with his goal since Day 1.
Enrolling at the gym is easy, but being able to wake up early in the morning for your 6am training requires a lot of hard work. Being passionate and loving what you do will result to be the better YOU!

As your fitness coaches, it is always our duty to motivate our clients to the right path in fitness. Being physically healthy, does not only show with our body but also with our mental toughness leading us to be the better version of ourselves.

Glover Teixeira wins via RNC against Jan Blachowicz to become the new Lightheavyweight Champion of the world.

It wasn't an easy journey and for Glover, it almost seemed impossible. A promising career derailed by visa issues and travel requirements.

Years after fighting in Brazil he finally made his octagon debut. Became #1 contender, got beat by Jon Jones, climbed his way back, and became champion at 42.

Glover's story is one that overcame adversity. He had faith in himself, and he NEVER gave up on his dreams.
