Civilian trainees who undergo Kaer Gras' 24-session Civilian Self-Defense and Combat Program for Beginners will progressively learn how to effectively defend--and fight, when needed--themselves, their family, and their property through intense, but beginner-friendly training.
Within 24 sessions, they'll learn various disciplines including Krav Maga (Israeli military self-defense & combat), Muay Thai/Boran (non-sport deadly striking), FMA/Kali (blades, sticks, and improvised weaponry), wrestling (ground combat), and practical shooting that provides a holistic and comprehensive skillset effective for street-based threats and dangers.
Training is open to beginners and is held every Wednesdays and Fridays 7-9PM.
P6,000 for every 8 sessions or P8,700 for every 12 sessions.
