The setting of FIT AND RUN under Hernz Fitness Center offer is open and light where both staff and clients are friendly and casual and the focus is on well-balanced health. Because of its location (3rd Floor), the gym has an acceptable temperature even during the hottest summer days. We provide an atmosphere that is positive and relaxed - with very reasonable rates. uipment and facilities including — cardio machines, free-weights, weight machines, balance and stretching equipment, showers, lockers, Dry Sauna, and Yoga-Pilates and Zumba studio with flat screen TVs showing video exercises you are freely to enjoy. Aside from having state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, we also have very friendly and helpful Gym Attendants who are willing to assist you during your stay in our Gym. Other than that, we also have a licensed Doctor, Dr. Jeffrey Hernandez, whom you can ask for consultation – for FREE! After your tiring workout, we also offer you free water and discount in our wellness spa which is great!
