🎉 Huge Thanks to All Our Participants! 🙏

Wow! We are absolutely overwhelmed by the incredible response to our event! Thank you so much to everyone who participated and showed such enthusiasm. Your engagement makes everything worthwhile!

We sincerely apologize to those we were unable to add to the event, especially those who submitted entries after the announced deadline.

We genuinely tried our best to accommodate as many of you as possible, and worked hard to include all late entries (after the deadline announcement) despite the original closing time. Unfortunately, due to Facebook's platform restrictions, we were simply unable to add everyone.

We also want to confirm that we used every channel available—through Facebook posts and word-of-mouth efforts—to reach out and ensure almost everyone who wished to join had the opportunity to do so before the final cutoff.

We truly appreciate your understanding regarding these limitations. We are already planning our next event and hope to see all of you—and more—join us then!

Urbanville Halloween Party Update!

While the rain didn't let us proceed with our program on stage today, the fun isn't over! We still want to see your amazing costumes and crown our winners.

If you attended and received a stub, please send us a photo of your child/participant in their full Halloween costume with the stub visible.

We will forward all photo entries to our judges to select 5 winners (1 for each category).

Deadline for entries is tonight!

We will announce the winners as soon as we receive the results from our judges.

Get your costumes ready because the day we've all been waiting for is finally here! Our big Halloween celebration is happening TOMORROW, Monday, October 27, 2025.

🎃 Urbanville Halloween Party Season 2! 👻

The Urbanville Sports Club, Urbanville Home Owners Association, Urbanville Kalipi Phase 3, and the Tau Gamma Phi Urbanville Chapter are excited to host a super fun and safe Halloween party for all our young residents! Get your best costumes ready—it's going to be a monstrously good time!

What's Happening
Costume Contest: Dress up as your favorite character! Prizes will be given to the winners.

Trick-or-Treat Stations: We'll have safe, organized stations just for all the little ghosts and goblins to fill up their bags!
