Please be informed that today’s basketball training is POSTPONED due to the continuous heavy rainfall brought by the Habagat and the possibility of flooding in the area.

The safety of our parents, guardians, and learner-athletes is our top priority.

We encourage everyone to stay safe, avoid flooded areas, and monitor our page/GC for further announcements regarding the next training schedule.

As we conclude another blessed Sunday of training, let us remember that being a true learner-athlete is not measured by talent alone, but by the character, discipline, and commitment demonstrated every day.

A true Grinders learner-athlete listens attentively, accepts correction with humility, trains with purpose, respects coaches and teammates, and remains committed even when the process becomes challenging.

Every training session is an opportunity to learn, improve, and develop—not only as an athlete, but also as a responsible and disciplined individual.

Training is not just about showing up—it’s about listening, understanding, and putting what you learn into action. Every instruction from your coach has a purpose. Every drill is an opportunity to improve.

Don’t just train hard. Train with purpose. Give your best, stay disciplined, and make every repetition count.

At the end of the day, make sure your sacrifices, sweat, and effort are worth it. Keep grinding, keep learning, and keep becoming better than you were yesterday.

A Legacy Worth Continuing🤍🕊

To all our parents, guardians, and learners-athletes, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for joining us today as we celebrated the life, legacy, and birthday of our late father and coach, Coach Jay. ❤️🏀

Today was more than just a free basketball training. It was our simple way of honoring his memory and continuing the values he believed in—giving back, helping others, and creating opportunities for young athletes to grow.

Coach Jay always believed that what we learn and receive should also be shared with others. Giving back is one of the things he truly wanted, and today, we hope we were able to continue that part of his legacy.

To every parent and guardian who supported your child, and to every learner-athlete who showed up, trained, worked hard, and celebrated with us—thank you for being part of this meaningful day.

We hope you enjoyed today's free basketball training as much as we enjoyed sharing it with you. May this be a reminder that Coach Jay's legacy lives on—not only through our memories, but through the lives and dreams of the young athletes we continue to guide.

Happy birthday in heaven, Coach Jay.
We will continue to honor you by giving, serving, and helping the next generation.
