PICKLEBALL COURT RULES & FACILITY NOTICE
WELCOME TO BTC PICKLEBALL COURTS
By entering or using these facilities, all players, guests, and spectators agree to comply with the following rules and policies.
GENERAL RULES
1. Play only on designated courts.
2. Proper athletic footwear must be worn at all times.
3. Players must conduct themselves in a safe, respectful, and sportsmanlike manner.
4. No abusive language, harassment, fighting, or disruptive behavior will be tolerated.
5. Alcohol, illegal substances, and smoking/vaping are prohibited on court premises unless specifically authorized.
6. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
7. Players must follow all instructions issued by facility management and staff.
COURT RESERVATIONS & USE
1. Court use is limited to players with a valid reservation or authorization.
2. Users must vacate courts promptly at the end of their reserved time.
3. Loitering, gathering, or occupying court areas without a reservation is prohibited.
4. Spectators may only remain in designated viewing areas.
5. Facility management reserves the right to assign, reassign, close, or restrict access to courts at any time for maintenance, safety, tournaments, weather, or operational needs.
CLEANLINESS & FACILITY CARE
1. Dispose of all trash in designated receptacles.
2. Remove all personal belongings after play.
3. Food and beverages must be kept off playing surfaces, except water in appropriate containers.
4. Do not damage nets, fences, benches, court surfaces, or other facility property.
5. Report unsafe conditions, spills, damage, or hazards to management immediately.
SAFETY NOTICE
1. Players are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of participating in pickleball activities.
2. Warm up properly and use equipment in safe condition.
3. Play may be suspended due to weather, court conditions, maintenance, or safety concerns.
4. In case of emergency, contact facility staff or emergency services immediately.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Pickleball and related recreational activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, equipment failure, weather-related hazards, and injuries ranging from minor to serious.
By entering or using the facility, all users voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and presence on the premises.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, facility owners, operators, management, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, illnesses, property damage, theft, loss of personal belongings, or other damages arising from the use of the facility, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Users are responsible for their own personal property and are encouraged not to leave valuables unattended.
RIGHT OF REMOVAL
Facility management reserves the right to deny entry, remove individuals, cancel reservations, or suspend privileges for violations of these rules, unsafe conduct, property damage, or behavior that interferes with the enjoyment and safety of others.
USE OF THE FACILITY CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES AND CONDITIONS.
