Modern Practical Aikido into Jo waza training. In traditional aikido it is know as Bukiwaza (weaponry techniques). In practicing Jo there will be Jo katas / suburi, Jo dori and Aiki Jo.

As Modern Aikidoist our Jo training is not compramised. It is still even taught to maintain stance, balance and harmony.
