* Member's must Submit their : Medical Certificate /RTCC or rapid clearance certificate or baranggay clearance (not PUI or PUM)
* Member's must do advance booking for gym time-slots. Maximum of 20 pax will be accommodated on given time. Please call 09178658354.

Kandaya Fitness Gym will extend membership accordingly to duration of emergency closure required by the national government. Gym will be temporary close until further notice.
