Michael Tentativa, a 3rd Degree Black Belt from Cebu, proudly showcased his talent and determination on the international stage at the 11th Asian Taekwon-Do Championships in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

With intense performances in both Patterns and Sparring, Michael proved that Filipino athletes can stand tall among the best in Asia.

Through the years, the guidance and inspiration of his coach and father, Sir Kit, have instilled in him the true meaning of discipline, duty, responsibility, and commitment as an athlete. Balancing work and training is never easy, but Michael managed to give his 100% every time he stepped onto the competition floor.

Representing the Philippines is more than just wearing the flag—it is carrying the hopes, pride, and dreams of an entire nation.
