Please read before booking. By renting a surfskate from Isla Flow, you agree to the following:
1. RENTAL PERIOD & RATES
• ₱350 — 24 hours
• ₱300/day — 2 days or more
• Rental time starts from the agreed pick-up time.
2. ₱200 SECURITY DEPOSIT
• A ₱200 security deposit is required upon release of the surfskate.
• The deposit will be fully refunded upon return once the surfskate is inspected and confirmed to be complete and free from damage beyond normal wear and tear.
• Any applicable charges for damage, missing parts, or excessive cleaning may be deducted from the security deposit.
• If the cost exceeds the ₱200 deposit, the renter will be responsible for the remaining amount.
3. LATE RETURNS
• Please return the surfskate at the agreed date and time.
• Late returns are subject to the following fees:
* Up to 1 hour late — ₱50
* 1–3 hours late — ₱100
* 3–6 hours late — ₱150
* More than 6 hours late — additional full-day rental fee
* For the ₱300/day rate, late fees are capped at ₱300 per additional day.
* Late fees are based on the actual return time.
* Extensions must be requested and approved before the agreed return time and are subject to availability.
4. CARE & RESPONSIBILITY
• The renter is responsible for the surfskate throughout the rental period.
• Please ride responsibly and only in suitable areas.
• Avoid rain, puddles, seawater, mud, and excessively rough surfaces that may damage the board, trucks, or bearings.
• Do not lend, transfer, or sub-rent the surfskate without prior approval.
5. DAMAGE, LOSS & THEFT
• Normal wear and tear is covered.
• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or improper handling may be charged to the renter.
• Lost, stolen, or irreparably damaged equipment will be charged based on the applicable repair or replacement cost.
• Please report any damage or issues immediately.
6. SAFETY & LIABILITY
• Surfskating involves inherent risks, including falls, collisions, and injuries.
• Helmets and protective gear are strongly recommended.
• Renters are responsible for riding within their skill level and taking appropriate safety precautions.
• Isla Flow is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or personal/property damage resulting from improper, reckless, or unsafe use.
7. CANCELLATION & EXTENSIONS
• Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or change your booking.
• Extensions are subject to availability and must be approved before the original return time.
• Additional rental fees will apply to approved extensions.
8. RETURN CONDITION
• Return the surfskate in the same condition it was received.
• All included parts and accessories must be returned.
• Excessive dirt, missing parts, or damage may result in additional charges.
