​1. Booking, Entry & Strict Timekeeping
​Online Booking: All bookings for Courts 1 & 2 must be completed online prior to playing.
​Punctuality: Register online before entering and arrive on time for your reserved slot.
​Respect Others' Time: Vacate the court promptly when your session ends so the next group can start.
​No Overtime: Playing past your allocated time without a booking extension is not allowed.
​2. Conduct, Sportsmanship & Atmosphere
​Sportsmanship First: Good sportsmanship, friendly play, and mutual respect are expected at all times.
​Mind Your Language: Foul, abusive, or aggressive language is strictly discouraged.
​No Gambling: Any form of gambling or betting on games is strictly prohibited.
​3. Gear & Equipment
​BYO Gear: Balls and paddles are not provided—please bring your own equipment.
​Footwear: Non-marking court shoes are strictly required to protect court surfaces and ensure safety.
​4. Substance Policy & Cleanliness
​Zero Tolerance: No smoking (including vapes/e-cigs), alcohol, or illegal drugs anywhere on the premises. Players under the influence will be asked to leave.
​No Outside Food: Outside food and drinks are strictly prohibited inside the venue premises. Snacks and select non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase on-site.
​Maintain Cleanliness: Keep all food and sticky drinks off the playing surface. Please dispose of all trash in designated bins before exiting.
​5. Payments, Cancellations & Blackouts
​Non-Refundable: All court bookings and payments are final and non-refundable.
​Power Outages: In the event of a blackout during your time slot, you may request a rescheduled session for a later date.
​6. Safety First
​Participation is at your own risk. Venue administration, staff, or affiliates assume no liability for injuries, property loss, or damage. Please play responsibly!
