DUPR Test Event: Success!

​A huge thank you to everyone who stepped onto the courts for our DUPR Test Event! The energy was fantastic, and your participation was key to getting our system dialed in.

HOW DOES DUPR RATING WORK?

Now that Lanao del Norte Pickleball DUPR Club is officially part of DUPR, let’s break it down in simple terms.

DUPR stands for Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating. It is a global rating system that measures your skill level based on actual match results.

Here’s how it works:

Every player gets a rating between 2.000 and 8.000
Ratings are based on match scores, not just wins and losses
The system considers who you played and the score difference
The more matches you log, the more accurate your rating becomes

DUPR Rating Levels:

2.000 to 2.999 – Novice
3.000 to 3.999 – Intermediate
4.000 to 4.999 – Advanced
5.000 to 8.000 – Professional

For example, if you win 11 to 9, that affects your rating differently than winning 11 to 2. It is score based, not just result based.

If you are currently non rated, that’s normal. Everyone starts there. Once you begin playing official matches and we log the scores, your rating will start to build.

We’re proud to announce that Lanao del Norte Pickleball DUPR Club is now officially part of DUPR — and even more exciting…

🎉 We are the FIRST official DUPR club in Lanao del Norte.

This is a big step forward for pickleball in our province. Our matches can now count toward official DUPR ratings, giving every player a recognized and accurate skill rating based on real match results.

Here’s what you need to do:

Step 1: Download the DUPR App
Download the DUPR app on your phone and create your free account.
Once registered, you’ll be able to start getting rated as we log match results.

Step 2: Install Reclub
To join club events, round robins, leagues, and tournaments, please download and install the Reclub app. All official club events will be posted there moving forward.

Why this matters:
• You get an official global pickleball rating
• We can organize fair and competitive match play
• Your progress gets tracked properly
• Our club grows stronger and more competitive

If you are currently non rated, that’s perfectly fine. Everyone starts somewhere. Once you begin playing and logging matches, your rating will build automatically.

Let’s continue building something great together and put Lanao del Norte firmly on the pickleball map.
