Coaching is more than just showing you what to
do for the day, but it is teaching you how to be fit for life. Here at INTENSEcity, we make sure that you will get something of value when you train with us. We will teach you the necessary foundation in order for you to reach your fitness goals. Be it weight loss, strength goals, or building muscle, our approach to training is always on whole body training. We always start with the basics - a hands-on technical coaching of the foundational movements - squat, deadlift, bench press, overhead press and other accessory movements. We will guide you to always improve your techniques, cues, timing (and etc) of these movements as you strive to be strong with your workouts. This way it makes it better to quantify your progress rather than just basing your progress on how tired you are on a workout. LOSE FAT BY BEING STRONG....
(We have clients, even female clients who already can squat 155lbs in just 2 months -and they don't look like a competitive bodybuilder as some perceive it to be what it would look like to lift heavy- as compared to their previous gym experience where they were not challenged enough and their max weight was only around 50lbs)....
There are a lot of benefits to lifting weights (especially for women) such as body shaping, losing weight, bulking up or leaning down (because in the end it all comes down to your nutrition and eating habits). we have a growing community of strong men and women, young and old as we promote camaraderie within the gym so we can support and encourage each other to our goals.
