Hilado, conducted a monitoring visit to Hidak Falls, Backngeb River Cave, and Sitio Badak Campsite to ensure visitor safety. The team noted an increase in visitors at all three locations, with safety protocols effectively implemented across the sites.

Mechanics and Guidelines for "Best Photos" Contest

Eligibility:
1. Open to all residents of Tboli.
2. Photos must be recent (taken during the long weekend) and captured within Tboli area only.
3. Each participant can submit 1 entry

Submission:
1. Post your photos on your own Facebook wall and tag the official page Tikang ni Kikang, or use the hashtag .
2. Deadline for submissions is from October 31-November 2, 2024, at 11:59 PM.
3. Ensure your tag or hashtag is correct; otherwise, your entry will not be counted.

Photo Guidelines:
1. Original photos only– no watermarks or logos allowed.
2. Minor photo enhancements (brightness, contrast, etc.) are allowed, but no excessive edits or filters.
3. Photos must highlight the beauty of Tboli, its culture, people, or natural landscapes.
4. Each entry must include a short description or story (maximum 100 words) explaining the significance of the photo.

Judging Criteria:
1. Creativity and Originality: 40%
2. Composition and Quality: 30%
3. Relevance to the Theme (Tboli): 20%
4. Impact and Story: 10%

Selection of Winners:
1. All entries will be reviewed, and top photos will be featured on our official page.
2. Winners will be announced on November 3, 2024, via the Tikang ni Kikang page.
3. Cash prizes and special awards will be given to the Top 3 best photos:

1. Photos must not depict inappropriate content or violate any privacy rights.
2. By submitting your photos, you agree to grant us the right to feature them on our page and use them in promotions related to the contest.
