🎾 OUTDOOR OPEN PLAY IS BACK! 🔥

We’re back on court and ready to play—better system, smoother games, and a solid rotation all night.
Here’s what to expect:

• Max of 45 players only
→ Expect better rotation and more play time

• No more paddle stacking
→ Automatic queuing via PickleHub

• Balls provided
→ Just bring your paddle and game

• Priority for online registrants
→ Walk-ins welcome if slots are available

• Capacity strictly enforced
→ New players can only enter once someone checks out

• Upgraded court surface (silica sand finish)
→ Better grip, improved slide control, and a more consistent playing experience

📌 OPEN PLAY FLOW (IMPORTANT):

Check in at the registration table upon arrival
Make sure your name is registered in the system to join rotation
Wait for your turn via the queue
Done playing or taking a break?
→ Please check out at the table

⚠️ This keeps the rotation fair and smooth for everyone. Players not checked in will not be included in the queue.

🎯 MATCHMAKING NOTE:
To help us create better and fairer games, please make sure to tell us your category level or simply provide your DUPR rating upon registration.
This helps ensure good match-ups for everyone on court.

🌧️ OUTDOOR COURT RAIN POLICY 🎾

We want to keep things fair for everyone on court.
In case of rain during play:

• Players who have completed 2 games or less will be eligible for a refund or credit
• Once more than 2 games have been played, sessions will be considered consumed
Play may continue during light rain as long as conditions are safe. In cases of heavy rain or unsafe courts, play will be stopped accordingly.
• Online registrants will only be refunded if weather conditions at the court prevent play
• Refunds will not be considered for other reasons
• Slots are transferable as long as they have not been used

Following our recent Open Play x Pop-Up event (May 1–3), our OUTDOOR COURTS will be UNAVAILABLE TODAY as we give our team a well-deserved rest after the busy weekend. 🙌

Operations will resume tomorrow for outdoor play.
