Football is more than winning matches or building the strongest team. It is about developing young athletes with integrity, discipline, respect, and good sportsmanship.

Recruiting or encouraging players who are already committed to another team without first communicating with their coaches, academy, or parents goes against the spirit of respect that our football community should uphold.
Healthy competition is built by developing our own players—not by taking those who have already committed elsewhere.

Let us set the right example for our young athletes by promoting honesty, professionalism, and mutual respect among all clubs and academies. Together, we can build a stronger football community where character is valued just as much as talent.

Kung adunay player nga gusto ninyo nga maapil sa inyong team, ang husto ug propesyonal nga paagi mao ang una nga pagpakig-istorya sa player, sa iyang ginikanan, ug sa team o academy nga iyang ginasakupan.
