To all participants of the 🏓 VSY Home Court by IGY – 1st Pickleball Tournament, please check your assigned schedule carefully.

✅ Arrive 30 minutes before your match for check-in and verification.

⏰ No need to arrive too early to avoid long waits and overcrowding.

📌 Check in at least 30 minutes before your schedule.
📌 Late arrivals may be disqualified based on tournament rules.
📌 Please cooperate with tournament staff and officials.

📣 IMPORTANT TO ALL PARTICIPANTS 📣

Please take note of the registration and reporting times for the upcoming tournament:

✅ Novice and High Novice Men – Registration starts at 7:00 AM
✅ Novice and High Novice Women – Registration starts at 4:00 PM

⚠️ IMPORTANT:
All participants are required to register and report on time. Players who fail to arrive before their scheduled start time will be subject to an automatic disqualification (DQ) to ensure the tournament runs smoothly and on schedule.

📌 The schedule for the Mixed Novice Category is still being finalized. We are currently working on dividing the matches into batches to avoid overcrowding inside the gym and to provide a more organized and enjoyable experience for all participants.

We appreciate your patience and understanding. Please stay tuned for further announcements regarding the Mixed Novice schedule.

📣 OFFICIAL TOURNAMENT UPDATE 📣

To all participants of the 🏓 VSY Home Court by IGY – 1st Pickleball Tournament, we would like to announce an important adjustment regarding the Intermediate divisions.

📌 Please note that ONLY the schedules for the Intermediate Men’s and Women’s categories will be changed. All other tournament schedules will remain as originally posted.

📌 In line with this adjustment, all previous registrations for the Low Intermediate and High Intermediate Men’s & Women’s categories will officially be cancelled.

✅ The new registration link for the combined Intermediate Men’s and Intermediate Women’s categories is in the comment section.

📌 The Mixed Intermediate category will remain as is, including its current schedule and registrations.

📌 We are also opening an additional schedule for the ✨ Second Leg Novice Category ✨ due to the overwhelming number of participants.

The VSY Team sincerely apologizes for the sudden changes and greatly appreciates everyone’s understanding, patience, and support as we continue working to make the tournament more organized, competitive, and enjoyable for all players. 💙💛
