The Philippine Mountain Trail Festival 2026 by KOTM officially kicks off in just a few hours.

The event will be spearheaded by our H1 runners, who are expected to navigate a grueling 100-mile (171.42 km) course through the rugged mountains of the north within a 42.5-hour cutoff. This journey is a legendary test of endurance, involving technical terrain where nearly half of those who start do not finish. From the first 12 finishers in 2013 to the record-breaking performances of recent years, the H1 continues to be a standard-bearer for the ultra trail community.

To everyone braving the KOTM Hardcore Hundred, we salute your grit and determination. May the trails be kind and your spirits remain unbroken.
