🫡Hindi ko lubos na maunawaan kung bakit may ilang referees na mas pinipiling hayagang punahin ang pagkakamali ng kapwa nila referee sa publiko🤔, na tila ba sila ay perpekto👏. Kung susuriin, kapansin-pansin na wala rin naman silang malinaw na napatunayan sa larangan ng officiating😢.
Maging ang mga International Referees at mga awtoridad ng FIBA ay hindi nagsasagawa ng lantaran at mapanirang pagko-correct; sa halip, ito ay ginagawa sa propesyonal, maayos, at respetadong paraan👍. Mas makabubuti kung ang mga positibong nagawa ng referees ang ating itinatampok👌, sa halip na gawing tampulan ng puna.
Ang respeto sa kapwa opisyal ay mahalaga, sapagkat ang lahat ng referees ay dumaraan sa parehong proseso ng pagkatuto at patuloy na pagpapaunlad ng kalidad ng officiating.
