Be uncomfortable to be fit.

I was disengaged for a month due to fever and tendon strain. It’s difficult to maintain muscle development without vitamins and proper nutrition, especially protein.

Our goal now is different—to keep our bodies from aching too much, maintain mobility, and preserve some strength as we grow older. We are already in the later stage of life.
