THE RALLY PUB – BOOKING POLICY GUIDELINES

‼️Hourly Court Bookings - Power Interruptions & Bad Weather Policies‼️

* Booking changes or refunds may be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

* If The Rally Pub cancels due to bad weather, power interruptions, or unsafe court conditions before play begins, players may choose a full refund or reschedule.

* Once play has started, no refunds will be given if players decide to stop playing.

* IN-GAME INTERRUPTIONS
✅Within the first 14 minutes: The booking is eligible for rescheduling only. (No refund)

✅15 minutes or more of play time: 50% of the booking fee will be charged or refunded.

✅30 minutes or more of play time: 100% of the booking fee will be charged.

Players acknowledge that weather and power interruptions may occur and agree to these terms once play has commenced.

* By starting the game, players acknowledge and accept the risk of weather & power interruptions and agree to this policy

✅ 1 game played: Pay 50% of the Open Play fee.
✅ 2 games or more played: Full Open Play fee of ₱80 applies.
