First and foremost, Thank you!!🙏 We are incredibly grateful for the overwhelming support you’ve shown for our recent promotional rates and for making Picklepark Hideaway your go-to spot to play, smash, and connect.

To continue providing you with top-tier courts, excellent amenities, and the best possible playing experience, we will be transitioning to our new standard rates effective August 1, 2026:

🍃Court Rental: Php 350 / hour (day & night)
🍃1st 2 players still FREE, Php50 charge for additional pax

PICKLEBALL COURT RULES

1. Proper Attire Required
* Players must wear appropriate sports clothing and non-marking athletic shoes while on the court.
* Playing barefoot, in sandals, or in inappropriate attire is not permitted.
2. No Sitting Inside the Court
* Sitting, lying down, or placing chairs, bags, and other personal belongings inside the playing area is strictly prohibited.
* Keep all personal items outside the court boundaries.
3. Keep Court Areas Clear
* Players and spectators must remain outside the court when not actively participating in a game.
* Do not obstruct walkways or court entrances.
4. Respect Court Time and Other Players
* Follow the court schedule and rotation system.
* Allow other players equal access to the courts.
5. Maintain Sportsmanship
* Treat fellow players, officials, and spectators with respect.
* Unsportsmanlike behavior, abusive language, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.
6. Safety First
* Report any hazards or damaged equipment immediately.
* Follow all facility safety guidelines.
7. Clean As You Go
* Dispose of trash properly.
* Help keep the courts clean and in good condition for everyone.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the court or suspension of court privileges.

Now that the rainy season have started please make note that Weather conditions is beyond our control and we are hereby issuing our Refund and Weather Policy:

1. Players may request a full refund or reschedule their booking if cancellation is made 24 hours before the scheduled playing time, subject to facility approval.

2. If the facility cancels the booking due to rain, severe weather, or unsafe court conditions before play begins, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

3. Once play has started, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including rain, weather changes, player injury, early departure, or unused court time. ***

4. Players who choose to stop playing after the game has commenced are not eligible for a refund. ***

5. By starting play, players acknowledge and accept the risk of weather interruptions and waive any claim for a refund after play has begun. ***

No Refund After Play Starts Policy:

All bookings are refundable only before play begins.

Once any player has entered the court and started play from their booking time becomes non-refundable.
