π "A single spark can light up an entire sky." π
Last Sunday at the **2026 SMART/MVP Sports Foundation National New Face of the Year Taekwondo Competition** held at Ninoy Aquino Stadium, our athletes proved that greatness is not measured by how long you've trained, but by how much heart you bring into the arena.
Among thousands of competitors from all over the Philippines, our Imus Eagle Hands Taekwondo Team proudly brought home Gold and Silver medals, while several of our athletes fought their way into the Top 10 of this prestigious national event. π₯π₯π
What makes this achievement even more remarkable is that some of these medalists have been training for only a month, while others stepped onto the national stage just a day after earning their new belt rank through our promotion examination. Yet they stood shoulder to shoulder with experienced competitors and demonstrated the true spirit of a champion.
As a coach, I could not be prouder. These results are a testament to your courage, dedication, discipline, and willingness to challenge yourselves beyond your limits. You have shown that success is not reserved for the most experiencedβit belongs to those who are brave enough to try, determined enough to persevere, and humble enough to keep learning.
Congratulations to all our medalists, finalists, Top 10 finishers, parents, and coaches. This is more than a victory; it is proof that every training session, every drop of sweat, and every sacrifice is worth it.
The journey has only begun. Keep your feet on the ground, your eyes on your goals, and your spirit ready for the next challenge. π₯π¦
