As we quietly close a beautiful chapter, our hearts can only say one thing:
To God be all the glory.
Three years ago, Balay-Bugay Dance Studio found more than a spaceโit found a home. Within these walls, dreams were nurtured, friendships were formed, countless children discovered the joy of movement, and we witnessed, time and again, the unwavering faithfulness of God.
As Scripture reminds us, "He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion..." (Philippians 1:6).
This has become our confidence. We believe that the same God who faithfully started this journey with us will also finish what He has purposed for Balay-Bugay.
Today, we pause to honor the people whom God graciously placed along our path.
To Tita Maria Luisa Atienza and Amacar Properties Inc., thank you for opening your doors and allowing this place to become the home of Balay-Bugay Dance Studio. Your generosity and trust gave our vision room to grow.
To Ms. Kate Atienza, who lovingly cared for this studio before us, thank you for welcoming us into a space that already carried so much life and possibility.
Despite our shortcomings and the many challenges of building a young studio, you all remained gracious, patient, and understanding. We will never forget that kindness.
Our heartfelt gratitude also goes to Tita Vilma Zapanta, whose gentle guidance and constant reminders helped us faithfully fulfill our responsibilities every step of the way.
And to Ms. Liz Elchico, words hardly seem enough. Your kindness is rare. You have been present in countless waysโalways approachable, always generous, always willing to help until the very end. Your goodness has been one of God's quiet provisions throughout this season.
As we step into a new chapter, we do so without sadness, but with gratitude and hope.
This is not an ending, nor is it a demotion.
It is a season of formation.
A season where God continues to shape our hearts before expanding our horizons; where He teaches us that His presence is far more important than any place we occupy.
Buildings may change, but the calling remains.
Homes may change, but the family God is building continues to grow.
Thank you to everyone who became part of this chapter. You have helped write the story of Balay-Bugay, and for that, we will always be grateful.
May the Lord richly bless each of you.
"Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labor in vain." โ Psalm 127:1
With love and gratitude,
