With calmer conditions and deeper blue waters, our Depth Training Season officially begins! Every freediving class we post from this season onward opens opportunities for line training, depth progression, equalization practice, and refining your technique under proper supervision.

Self-doubt can be very convincing.

It doesn’t shout.
It just quietly says:
“Maybe you can’t.”

And over time, that starts to feel like truth.

But in freediving, we’ve seen something different.

People don’t begin because they fully believe in themselves.
They begin while unsure… and let the experience slowly change that.

You don’t need strong confidence.
You don’t need certainty.

You just need a small willingness to see what happens safely, gently, at your pace.

We take things very slowly, starting from simple breathing and floating, always making sure you feel safe and supported.
