Start Today. Surprise Yourself Tomorrow.

Every confident athlete, every medal winner, and every black belt started as a beginner.

The hardest part is starting. The rest is showing up and trusting the process.

From Aklan to Agusan, these young athletes carried not only their dreams but also the pride of our province and Region VI.

Congratulations to Quennie Erich Tumagan, Alexandra Angela Santalisis, and Sabina Margarette Titular for earning the opportunity to compete at the 2026 Palarong Pambansa in Agusan del Sur.

Many people see the competition. Few see the years of training, sacrifices, early mornings, and commitment required to reach this stage. Representing Region VI is already an achievement reserved for a select few.

May this serve as an inspiration to our younger students: today's training can become tomorrow's opportunity.

We are proud of you for wearing the colors of Region VI and representing our gym with discipline, humility, and heart.

Congratulations, athletes. Your J. Doromal Taekwondo Gym family celebrates this milestone with you.

Train for the future.

Every training session is an investment in the person a child will become. The discipline to show up, the courage to keep trying, and the commitment to improve are lessons that last far beyond the gym.

The upcoming Belt Rank Promotion Test is not just about earning a new belt. It's about proving that consistent effort today creates opportunities tomorrow.

We train for the future. 🥋

From daily training sessions to the national stage.

We are proud to share that our Head Coach has been selected as one of the Official Trainers of the Region 6 Taekwondo Team for the 2026 Palarong Pambansa in Agusan del Sur.

This recognition reflects years of discipline, experience, and dedication to developing athletes not only in skill, but in character and mindset.

For our students, this is proof that they are learning from someone trusted to help guide the region’s best athletes. A reminder that consistent hard work and passion for the sport open doors to greater opportunities.

Grateful and honored to share that Sir Jose Doromal is one of the Official Trainers of Region 6 Taekwondo Event at the 2026 Palarong Pambansa in Agusan del Sur. 🙏🥋

This opportunity is a blessing, and we give all thanks to God for the guidance and trust.
To the athletes, coaches, and everyone who has supported along the way — thank you.

The J. Doromal Taekwondo Gym family stands behind you, Sir Jose. ❤️

We pray for wisdom, strength, and humility as you represent Region 6. ❤️🔥🥋💯

Showing up may look small today, but repeated daily, it changes a child completely.

Confidence, discipline, and growth all start with one decision: keep coming back.

Keep Showing Up.The Grind Changed Everything.

Keep Showing Up.

The Grind Changed Everything.

20/05/2026

The mornings the athlete didn’t feel motivated but still trained.
The repeated drills.
The losses.
The pressure.
The quiet sacrifices no one applauded.

Being a gold medalist is hard because consistency is hard.

Most people want the reward. Few are willing to live the process daily.

That’s why champions are different — they kept showing up long before anyone noticed.

18/05/2026

Everyone sees the medal now.

But before the easy wins, there were losses that hurt, sleepless nights after competitions, quiet rides home, and moments when quitting felt easier.

Still, the child kept showing up.

Tournament after tournament. Training after training.

Without realizing it, the kid who once struggled became stronger, sharper, and more confident. What once felt impossible slowly became natural.

That’s the part people don’t see.

Nobody sees the grind. Everybody sees the medal.
