Sir Mark, thank you for being the "tatay" of Team Rico—always reminding us to stretch properly, drink water, fix our stances, and somehow knowing who was talking at the back without even looking! 😂

From teaching us powerful kicks to giving us life lessons (and occasional surprise conditioning), your guidance has helped shape us into stronger athletes and better individuals.
