What does a 4-year-old and a 28-year-old have in common?
Meet Constantine, our youngest enrolee at just 4 years old, and JM, our oldest new enrolee at 28 years old.

Different ages. Different goals. Different journeys.
One is learning how to follow instructions, build confidence, and throw his very first kick.
The other is proving that it's never too late to start something new, challenge yourself, and grow stronger every day.
In Taekwondo, age doesn't matter. What matters is having the courage to take the first step.
Today, they both wear the same beginner's belt.
