Subject: Notice of Completed Renovations and Updated Fee Rates

To All RPG Valued Members and Court Users,

We are pleased to inform you that renovations at our pickleball courts have been completed. These improvements were undertaken to enhance playing conditions, safety, and the overall user experience.

The total cost of the renovations amounted to PHP 342,000, covering the following upgrades:

Court surface resurfacing and repainting
Installation/upgrade of nets and posts
Lighting improvements
Hanging Tarpaulins
Assignment of a dedicated collector

These enhancements were prioritized to ensure that the facility continues to provide an optimal environment for both recreational and competitive play.

Additional improvement projects are being considered and will be implemented progressively, subject to funding availability.

In view of the above investment and to sustain ongoing maintenance and operational requirements, adjustments to the court usage fees will take effect on March 1, 2026.

Updated Fee Structure
Court Reservation Rates
- Daytime: PHP 150/hour (6:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
- Nighttime: PHP 200/hour (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM)
- Court rental for coaching is limited to one court only between 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
- Daytime court rental depends on availability
- Half-hour rentals will be counted as one full hour
- Court rental is restricted to authorized RPG coaches only.

Player Rates
Walk-in Players
- Daytime (6:00 AM – 4:00 PM): PHP 50
- Nighttime (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM): PHP 80
- If playing both day and night on the same day, both fees apply
- Night walk-in schedule remains: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM)

Monthly Paying Players
- PHP 800 per month, effective March 1 for new members and at renewal for existing members
- Exclusive night schedule remains: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
- As a privilege, monthly paying members may play daily

Student Rate
- PHP 500 per month, effective March 1 for new members and at renewal date for existing members
- Walk-in rates apply as above (PHP 50 daytime, PHP 80 nighttime)

Tournament/Event Booking Rate
- Subject to court availability and approval
- Advanced booking is highly encouraged
- Monthly tournaments are open exclusively to members with active monthly payments.

We appreciate your continued support, which allows us to maintain a community-oriented environment, prioritize facility enhancements based on need and available funds, and continue improving our services.
