𝐆𝐲𝐦𝐧𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 cross-training helps Arnis athletes develop better balance, agility, flexibility, coordination, and body control.
Acrobatics enhances spatial awareness, quick movements, and safe falling and landing techniques, which are essential during combat and weapon-based drills.
By incorporating gymnastics into training, Arnis athletes improve their overall athletic performance, reduce the risk of injury, and gain greater confidence and control in executing techniques.

Happy Father’s Day, Coach Mac! 🤸‍♀️❤️

Behind every hard-earned medal and every successful competition is a coach who gives his all with unwavering dedication. From creating DIY apparatus, developing different training strategies, and tirelessly helping each gymnast become stronger and master their skills, Coach Mac has always done everything possible to bring out the best in his athletes.

His greatest desire has always been to see every gymnast succeed and, if possible, for all of them to stand victorious. More than just a coach, he has become a second father to the gymnasts,
a mentor, protector, and source of inspiration.

Today, we proudly honor our very own Coach Mac, the father of PAMA Arte de Danza Gensan Gymnastics Club. Thank you for your sacrifices, your patience, and the love you pour into every child you train. Your hard work and selfless dedication have touched countless lives and helped shape not only champions in the sport but also champions in life.

Here stands our Gymnasts’ Wall of Fame,
a testament to hard work, perseverance, and excellence. We hope to see more gymnasts from our club shine in the years to come, not only through their achievements in competitions but also through their character, attitude, and discipline.

As they continue to pursue their dreams and face life’s challenges, may they carry with them the values they have learned inside the gym—dedication, resilience, respect, and teamwork. May these lessons guide them not only in sports but also in the real world, helping them become successful individuals and responsible members of society.
