In 2003, Coach Andy Mananquil founded Football Kings United FC (FKU) in Dumaguete City, marking it as one of the earliest grassroots programs in the area. FKU FC believes that one integral aspect often stands out as the true measure of a player's character, which is good sportsmanship. The club aims to instill this virtue to all players, emphasizing its significance both during matches and in everyday life. Beyond the thrill of victory and the agony of defeat, FKU FC recognizes that the beautiful game thrives on the values of fair play, respect, and teamwork.

The weekend is not for slowing down , it’s another opportunity to get better.
We show up, compete, work hard, and enjoy the game. No excuses. No shortcuts. Just football and the desire to keep improving.

After the play, we will have our final meeting for the Classico de San Carlos Champions Cup, Sept. 19- 20, San Carlos City.

We will also distribute the registration forms to all players who will be participating in the PFF RFA Youth League 2026, U11 and U13 categories.

Important updates, final preparations, and tournament details will be discussed.

Good luck to our very own JUAN TEVES as he embarks on an exciting new chapter in his football journey!

From the FKU FC Grassroots Program, where Juan first developed and sharpened his skills, to a new opportunity on the bigger stage of Metro Manila, this marks another significant milestone in his football development.

Juan will now be based in Metro Manila, where he will continue his football journey and development with MAKATI FC, after being offered a scholarship opportunity to play with the club. He is now training alongside the team as they prepare for the upcoming Unity League Tournament, which is set to kick off at the end of the month. ⚽🔥

On the academic side, Juan has officially withdrawn from Silliman University and is now enrolled in the La Salle Bacolod School under homeschool program, allowing him to continue his education while pursuing this exciting new football journey. 📚

This opportunity is a testament to Juan’s hard work, dedication, discipline, and passion for the beautiful game. From his grassroots beginnings to this next step, he has continued to work, learn, and grow and his journey is only beginning. 💪🔥

As you start this new chapter, never forget where you came from. Carry with you the lessons, memories, and experiences from the FKU FC Program, and continue to chase your dreams with humility, courage, and determination.

May this new journey open bigger doors, create greater opportunities, and bring you closer to your dreams.
