CONG. PADUANO: DRAWING THE FIRST BLOOD
Former rebel Cong. Paduano just awakened a whole pride of Lion. He insulted, disrespected and imprisoned retired PDEA Director General Wilkins M. Villanueva who belongs to PMA Maringal Class of 1988.
Cong. Paduano not only stepped and trampled the rights of the accomplished and decorated General, he also mocked him and humiliated him like a lowly criminal not worthy of respect. He did it right in front of the video cameras for all the world to see.
Cong. Paduano proudly castigated the general in the most unfair and disgusting way. As if showing fellow congressmen representing the the terrorist how its done, he used the whole power of contempt of House of Representatives to bully the good General. It was like watching a fight between two men where Paduano had a baseball bat in his hands versus Gen. Wilkins kneeling down with two hands tied on his back.
What makes the scene ironic was that, Cong. Joseph Stephen Salupeza Paduano was no ordinary Congressman. He was a a former member of Alex Buncayao Brigade (ABB) of the CPP-NPA-NDF known for killing and murdering soldiers and policemen in the most treacherous manner. They don't fight fair. They sneak at your back or shoot you while sleeping.
Cong. Paduano wears his being a sparrow unit member like a badge of honor. He was known by his nom de guerre Carapali Lualhati of which an existing Warrant of Arrest on that name is said to be pending somewhere in the courts of Negros Island.
In the last few months, Cong. Paduano made a scene too many as a tough and arrogant Quadcom member persecuting the Dutertes and allies. Paduano was the one who bullied Cong. Marcoleta on camera as if he was ready to punch the brilliant lawyer Congressman for putting up a good legal argument against Quadcom's madness of witch hunting.
Paduano is very comfortable acting the bully inside HOR's hall. Anyone who saw the video how he bullied many especially Gen. Wilkins can testify the amount of hot air in Paduano's head.
If indeed Paduano was a former member of Alex Boncayao Brigade (ABB) whose known to have gunned down and murdered too many soldiers and policemen in the past, a big question must be asked: Did he surrender to the government and was duly pardoned? If not, then we have a fugitive criminal acting as Congressman that needs to be arrested and made to answer his crimes in the past.
If indeed Cong. Paduano is the same man known with nom de guerre Carapali Lualhati with pending Warrant of Arrest as ABB member, then another question needs to be asked: Why did the PNP allow him to roam freely? No criminal is allowed to run for public office as a matter of law.
It must be said the people did not vote for Cong. Paduano as a person. The people voted for the Partylist he represents. If Paduano is in fact a former member of ABB responsible for murder of PNP and AFP members with pending warrant of arrest in his alias, then we can say with confidence that Paduano is a wanted criminal roaming freely and usurping the powers of HOR to bully patriotic citizens and former law enforcers.
The PMA Maringal Class already issued a Manifesto supporting Gen. Wilkins and condemning the acts of Cong. Paduano and HOR. The manifest was a mere warning. The words were mild and respectful. But the fact that they bothered to issue the manifesto is enough. Warriors are normally not good with words. But do not make the mistake of thinking they won't use their swords when provoked to the limit.
The Criminal guy who murdered policemen and military men in the past have infiltrated the House of Representatives. He is hiding from the shields of the law and the very same government he once fought and aimed to dismantle. Now he is using the very same government to dishonor and punish the law enforcers who served it with honor and loyalty.
Paduano has drawn the first blood.
My mind is hoping that PMAiers will hold their horses and let the course of law or karma deal with former Rebel Paduano. But my heart is aching and screaming that they let Paduano eat some piece of pie he deserves. Punch him, kick him, slap him, elbow him or pinch him, I don't care. Just let him feel and realize that there are consequences of disrespecting men in uniform.
If a former rebel who killed policemen and soldiers can mock and p**s in the grave of our fallen policemen and soldiers including Retired Generals without consequences, we are doomed. We need an AFP and PNP worthy of people's trust and respect. That is non-negotiable!
Paduano with other rebel congressmen are testing the waters. He looks down upon our men in uniform with contempt as if they were toothless clowns. This man is brave. Very, very brave.
