While the kids worked on their Jiu-Jitsu skills, Mom got her own workout in—burning calories, sharpening those punches, and having fun together!

Snippets of an arnis introduction class last Saturday by sir Jeffrey Billonis of the YSDC Arnis Team. ⚔

Arnis is a low-impact, reflex and whole mind-and-body martial art that teaches striking and safe demonstration of disarming of sharp weapons. It's great for overall exercise, learning our cultural martial art, but also so much more doubles as self defense.

Arnis classes every Saturday Morning 9-11AM, open for kids AND adults too!
