The 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐨𝐬 𝐄𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 (𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐀) is an initiative under the Digos Cyber and Esports Organization (DCEO) aimed at elevating the visibility, performance, and education on local esports scene in Digos City.
🔍 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐀?
DESPA stands for Digos Esports Augmentation Project—a grassroots-driven program designed to:
*𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐞 𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 in the local community
*𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐠𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬 with opportunities to compete, collaborate, and improve
*𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 through organized tournaments, training, and mentorship

"The org established 2023, since then nafeel nako as founder who always presents our activities, initiatives, and incoming projects that there's benovelent support to come from LGU so as long as mahan-ay ang mga proposals for esports/cyber community sa syudad. Besides, I talked to national esports entities and we are waiting nalang here sa Mindanao for incoming grassroot projects." -DCEO Founder

Ang Digos Cyber and Esports Organization nagpasalamat dako kay Mayor Josef ug Councilor Liza sa makanunayong pagsuporta sa esports sa syudad. Tinuod na dili lalim ang kalihokan sa esports tungod sa stigma. Apan, pamaagi sa suporta sa LGU, nahimong malamposon ang ubang mga programa para sa atong mga kabatan-onan sa syudad hilabi na sa bag-ong aktibidades sa esports.
Nagpasalamat kami ug dako kay Mayor ug mga kaubanan tungog kay gitagaan nila ug bili ug chance ang esports sa syudad na mapakita sa community na "esports is not just play" sa kahinungdanang ana na kitay mga school esports club, national players nga taga Digos, ug ang Pilipinas naa nay mga atleta sa esports para sa umaabot na EWC, IESF na nakahimamat mismo sa founder sa organization para sa usa ka academic research.

Unta mapadayon pa ug madungagan ang suporta para sa esports/cyber community sa syudad!

Sir Lanier "Cowboy" Cadungog and our president Miss Jinx met yesterday to discuss our upcoming Garena Call of Duty Mobile tournament this July 30, 2023. To our great surprise, Sir Lanier promised to help and fund us for both the aforementioned tournament as well as our future events. We, the members and officers of Digos City Esports PH, would like to extend our sincere gratitude to Sir Lanier Cadungog, the Tingog Party List, and Miss Andrea Garn Tago. May this be the beginning of something wonderful and significant.
