for the information of all Kuyate Fitness Gym's Clients who availed the Monthly payment and there are still unconsumed/remaining days for workout, I Basically read all your Concern . Please contact Mr. Mendel A. Medina for your refund because he sold the equipment without my knowledge and consent, and runs all the money... Kuyate is Gone! Me as his wife, i'm a victim also just like all of you to think that i work hard, invest bigger for this business, and just lost everything, he took everything from us. Right now my (2) kids and I are still trying to get up.

NOTICE OF GYM CLOSURE

Dear Valued Clients:

We REGRET to inform everyone that KUYATE FITNESS GYM will be PERMANENTLY CLOSED because we just recently LEARNED that our EQUIPMENTS has been sold to Mr. Julius Solis. The decision to close the gym was not an easy one considering the fact that being the LEGAL WIFE, CO-OWNER and is NOT fair for me I worked hard to buy the equipments and I DO prepared for the kinds future, and i couldn't do anything for NOW to stop Mendel A. Medina from selling it to Mr. Julius P. Solis because I am miles away from Philippines. Selling of equipments is unsettled yet, it’s CONJUGAL PROPERTY since start Mendel enjoyed spending the income from this Business sa LUHO, HIS PERSONAL INTEREST, SUPPORT HIS FAMILY’S, and HIS FEW FRIENDS. He took all the PROFITS, SAVINGS from the beginning until BINTAHAN nila. if may “bintahan” or just a hidden interest using a “DUMMY”. Mendel ABANDONED and threatened the KIDS. JULIUS SOLIS & MENDEL MEDINA They both take advantage to execute their evil interests.

We would like to express our GRATITUDES for your support. Rest assured that in NO TIME our gym operations will be back to normal again after COVID19 crisis with God’s help we’ll get through this. We look forward to seeing you all with our new gym facilities with new gym name still in the same location.

is Not FOR SALE OR SELLING the Equipments to anybody. Kuyate Fitness gym is a Single Proprietor Business under the name of Mendel A. Medina. It is a Family Business, we put up this Business year 2014. This is one of the Fruits of my labor from Hongkong and Canada. My husband Mendel was the one who facilitated/managed this Business on my behalf cause i am miles away from home (Philippines). Before handling our own business, Mendel managed at SNN taxi corporation under Santiago family and He ONLY earn 10,000 pesos per month as his salary. Obviously He can’t provide enough money to the family needs, house and this nature of business. I ask him to stop working at SNN to manage our own Business. I worked hard just to buy those EQUIPMENTS and under the FAMILY CODE of the PHILIPPINE CONSTITUTION it is a CONJUGAL PROPERTY. So anyone appears with a copy of duly notarized DEED OF SALE OF EQUIPMENTS is INVALID cause I AM NOT giving my MARITAL CONSENT to SALE to anyone. I AM WHOLEHEARTEDLY WEAVING MY RIGHTS and willingly to TRANSFER THE RIGHTS IN FAVOR of my eldest Son Ethan James Cagadas Medina as new owner..
