Subject: Class Suspension, Work Arrangements, and Safety Measures
Dear Faculty, Staff, and Students,
In light of the recent earthquake and the continuing aftershocks, we would like to ensure everyone’s safety while maintaining the continuity of learning and operations. Please be guided by the following:
1] Per LGU announcement, there will be no classes in all levels this Monday, October 13, 2025.
2] Online Classes: Starting Tuesday, October 14, 2025 until Saturday, October 18, 2025, all classes will shift to asynchronous online learning.
3] Reporting to Work: All faculty and staff are to report to campus beginning Tuesday, October 14, 2025 to resume office operations.
4] Safety Protocols: To minimize risk, large meetings and school gatherings are temporarily suspended until further notice.
5] Preparation for Online Delivery: All faculty members are requested to make the necessary preparations for the online setup to ensure a smooth transition and sustained quality of instruction.
We appreciate your understanding, cooperation, and continued commitment during this period. Please prioritize your safety at all times and stay alert for further updates.
