Magbibigay ang Philippine Sports Commission ng total of P10 million cash incentives para sa medalists ng 66th Palarong Pambansa katuwang ang DepEd at suportado ng PAGCOR.

Tatanggap ang gold medalists ng P5,000, silver medalists ng P3,000, at bronze medalists ng P2,000 bilang dagdag-suporta sa training at development ng mga batang atleta.
