Batch Participation, Compliance and Rewards System (BPCRS)
Purpose
The Batch Participation, Compliance and Rewards System (BPCRS) is established to promote active participation, responsibility, teamwork, and accountability among all recognized alumni batches. The system aims to encourage every batch to actively support the programs, activities, projects, and initiatives of the Association while recognizing outstanding participation and compliance.
Coverage
The BPCRS shall apply to all officially recognized alumni batches of the Association.
How Points Are Earned
Each batch shall earn points for every official activity, program, project, or requirement declared by the Association, including but not limited to:
- Attendance in General Assemblies, Annual Meetings, and Official Gatherings;
- Participation in Alumni Night, Alumni Cup, Outreach Programs, Tree Planting, Medical Missions, and other Association activities;
- Attendance of Batch Representatives in meetings;
- Timely submission of reports, documents, nominations, and other required information;
- Compliance with Board Resolutions, Memoranda, Circulars, and Official Advisories;
- Payment of batch obligations, reservations, dues, or assessments within prescribed deadlines;
- Volunteerism and manpower support;
- Sponsorships, donations, and resource mobilization;
- Membership recruitment and alumni engagement initiatives; and
- Other activities approved by the Board of Trustees.
Compliance Deposit
The Board may require every batch to maintain a Compliance Deposit as a guarantee of commitment to official activities and obligations. The amount, conditions, and utilization shall be determined by the Board of Trustees through an approved policy.
Rewards and Recognition
Accumulated points may be used as the basis for:
- Most Active Batch Award;
- Most Compliant Batch Award;
- Outstanding Alumni Engagement Award;
- Priority in reservations, incentives, and Association privileges;
- Eligibility for grants, subsidies, or special assistance programs;
- Recognition during Alumni Night and other official events; and
- Other incentives approved by the Board of Trustees.
Penalties or Point Deductions
Points may be deducted for:
- Unexcused absence from mandatory activities;
- Late submission of required documents;
- Non-compliance with official directives or Board resolutions;
- Violation of Association policies; and
- Other acts determined by the Board to be detrimental to the Association.
Administration
The Executive Committee shall maintain the official Batch Participation Scorecard, subject to review by the Board of Trustees. Updated standings may be published periodically to promote transparency and healthy competition among batches.
Effectivity
This policy shall take effect upon approval by the Board of Trustees and shall remain in force unless amended or repealed by the Board.
