Friday Keiko - June 12, 2026 🇵🇭

Spending our Independence Day holiday fighting through a tough Friday night keiko. There is a beautiful sense of freedom when you step onto the floor, leave everything else behind, and just focus on the next strike. Proud to be training, growing, and strengthening our spirits together with Nitobe Sensei, Shingaki Sensei, and Inoue Senpai for joining us on the floor tonight and sharing their invaluable guidance. ✨

As our club continues to grow with a fantastic wave of new beginners, the responsibility falls on the advanced practitioners to set the pace and hold the line. Today’s grind was a reminder of why we do this. Every heavy breath, every clash of the shinai, and every tactical exchange is a step toward perfecting our technique and building a stronger foundation for the entire club.
