Requirements:
-at least 5'3" for female and 5'7" for male
-can complete 3km run in 20mins or under
-can do at least 15 push ups for female and 30 for male
-can commit to training
-can cover race and individual expenses
-understands team dynamics
-with or without experience

Congratulations to Philippine Team! Sarap maging Pilipino! Thank you for your hard work. Ibang klase ang lakas at dedikasyon.

Also proud of our Junior Ladies Jessa and Reign (na di ma tag lol). Your exemplary performace will always be a motivation to all your teammates. We can’t stress how proud we are of you and all of the junior nationals as well as the rest of the national team.
