The WNBL Rising Stars – Mindanao Qualifier serves as the official regional pathway to the WNBL National Finals in Metro Manila. The champion team from Mindanao will earn the right to represent the region at the national level, showcasing the best women’s basketball talent from Mindanao.
Tournament Details:
Division: 18 Under (High School)
Registration Fee: Php 12,000 per team (inclusive of royalty fee)
Division: 25 Under (Collegiate, Club & Alumni)
Registration Fee: Php 15,000 per team (inclusive of royalty fee)
Team Line-Up: Maximum of 15 Players
Registration Deadline: February 28, 2026

Player Eligibility Requirements:
To ensure fair competition and proper age verification, the following documents are required:
1. Proof of Age (ANY of the following):
Players should be 18/25 until August 2026. No year born qualification.
Original PSA Birth Certificate or Photocopy (colored) of National ID
or Photocopy of Passport
2. For 18U & 25U Collegiate Players:
• Copy of Certificate of Enrollment (to verify that players are currently enrolled)
3. For 25U (Alumni or Club)
• A copy of Alumni ID or present a proof graduated at the University or College they are representing
