Every training session, he proves that age and size are never obstacles when you have the heart and will to learn. From practicing his kumite techniques to pushing through every drill, he trains with persistence, discipline, and courage.

He may be one of the tiniest on the mat, but his fighting spirit is truly inspiring. ❤️‍🔥

His journey is just starting, but each punch, kick, move, and drop of sweat is building not only a stronger karateka but a stronger character.

🥋🔥 KUMITE HIGHLIGHTS 🔥🥋

What an incredible day of courage, discipline, determination, and sportsmanship! 👊🏆

Our Kumite event held last July 26 at Northtown brought together talented karatekas who stepped onto the mat ready to challenge themselves, showcase their skills, and give their very best. 🥋

From every powerful strike and defensive move to every moment of focus and determination, these highlights remind us that Kumite is more than just winning a match—it’s about building character. 💪

🤝 Lose with grace.

Behind every match was a karateka who chose to be brave, focused, and respectful. Every competitor deserves recognition for stepping onto the mat and giving their best. 👏

Today marks the end of your training with us at Raika Karate Kan as you prepare to begin a new chapter of your life in the United States with your father.

Although you have trained with us for only three months, you have already shown great dedication, courage, and potential. As a yellow belt, you made us especially proud by recently winning two gold medals in kata. These achievements are a wonderful reflection of your hard work and willingness to learn.

Your karate friends and instructors will surely miss seeing you in the dojo. We are grateful that they had the opportunity to greet you and wish you well on your final day of training.

As you move forward, always remember the lessons you learned at Raika Karate Kan, not only the techniques of karate, but also the values of integrity, respect, discipline, perseverance, and confidence. Carry these lessons with you wherever you go, and use them to face every new challenge with strength and a positive spirit.

We hope that you will continue your karate journey in the United States and keep developing the skills and knowledge you gained during your time with us. Always believe in yourself, work hard, and never be afraid to pursue your dreams.

Lanica, this is not simply goodbye. You will always be part of the Raika Karate Kan family. We are proud of everything you have accomplished, and we wish you and your father a safe journey, a happy new beginning, and the very best in your future.
