Charlize Jame Santos [right], a 1st Dan black belt of PSKAI Regio 10 was the Best Player for Men for winning two golds and three silvers in the 89th Araw ng Dabaw Best of the Best Karate-do Tournament last March 21-22 in Davao City. He is with PSKAI Headquarters Chief Instructor Rexor Tacay, a former SEA Games 2017 silver medalist.

Why I keep myself sharp?

One of the reasons, because my students are watching. I want them to see discipline in action. Them students need proof that the system works. It’s the example they follow, not your advice.

The truth is, they might forget your trainings, the exact words. But they will never forget how you made them feel when you stand in front of them, disciplined and unbreakable.
