Kining ordinansa nagmandato nga ang Sangguniang Kabataan sa Barangay Taytay kinahanglan maglakip og Literacy ug Numeracy Intervention Programs sa ilang Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program (ABYIP) matag tuig.

Pasabot ani nga ang SK kinahanglan na adunay mga programa para sa pagbasa, pagsabot, pagsulat, ug basic mathematics alang sa mga kabatan-onan, labi na sa mga estudyante nga i-recommend sa mga eskwelahan tungod sa panginahanglan og dugang tabang sa pagkat-on, apil na usab ang mga ALS learners o out-of-school youth nga nagpadayon sa ilang edukasyon pinaagi sa Alternative Learning System (ALS).

Pinaagi niini:

✅ mahimong adunay pondo o budget nga ma-allocate alang sa literacy ug numeracy programs;
✅ mahimong makahimo og tutorial sessions, reading programs, ug learning interventions alang sa mga estudyante nga nanginahanglan og academic support;
✅ mahimong matabangan ang mga ALS learners ug kabatan-onan nga adunay kalisod sa pagbasa ug numeracy skills;
✅ ug masiguro nga matag tuig adunay konkretong suporta para sa edukasyon sa atong mga batan-on.

Kini usab naghatag og mandato sa umaabot nga SK officials nga ipadayon ug i-integrate kini nga programa sa ilang ABYIP isip kabahin sa long-term investment alang sa edukasyon ug kaugmaon sa kabatan-onan sa Barangay Taytay. ✨
