I am thrilled to share that after 33 days of dedicated workout, running, walking, mindful food intake, and consistent vitamin consumption, I have successfully dropped from 72kg to 65.5kg! 💪🏋️‍♀️ It's truly amazing to witness the power of making small changes in your daily habits for the sake of achieving good health.

Embarking on this journey has taught me a valuable lesson - real results come when you wholeheartedly commit to transforming your lifestyle. Pinoy Fitness Run to Zero

🏃‍♂️ Just finished my 5K Run! 🏅 It was a nostalgic journey trying to beat my record from 9 years ago.

As expected, it's been a while and I need to jog more consistently to build up my stamina again and improve my pacing time to achieve a sub-40-minute 5K.

Huge thanks to the "Run to Zero" event for this amazing experience and for reigniting my passion for running! Here's to more training sessions and setting new personal bests! 💪👟
